About Mark
A long practice. A private standard.
I have worked full time since 2009, first in Zimbabwe and then in London. The interest in physical development started much earlier.
Today that work is private coaching: mobilisation, progressive overload, targeted nutrition and mentality, with specialist rehabilitation when required. Sessions are one to one. What we work on stays between us.

Cricket and rugby taught me the value of strength in performance. Competing as an amateur bodybuilder in Zimbabwe and the UK showed me where discipline can lead and deepened my fascination with how the human body adapts to training and nutrition.
After moving into private and boutique studios in London, that work expanded into biomechanics and rehabilitation. I have coached footballers, Olympic sprinters, bodybuilders, gymnasts and private clients who require the same standard and the same care.
Notes from the work
What has shaped the way I coach.
01
Zimbabwe, 2009
I began working full time as a personal trainer in Zimbabwe in 2009. The interest in physical development started much earlier.
02
Sport science
I hold a BSc in Sport Science. That education still shapes how I think about training, adaptation and the decisions I make with each client.
03
Cricket and rugby
Lifelong involvement in cricket and rugby taught me the value of strength in performance, long before I coached it for a living.
04
Amateur bodybuilding
Competing as an amateur bodybuilder in Zimbabwe and the UK showed me where discipline can lead, and deepened my fascination with how the human body adapts to training and nutrition.
05
London studios
After moving into private and boutique studios in London, that work expanded into biomechanics and rehabilitation.
06
A wide range of bodies
I have coached footballers, Olympic sprinters, bodybuilders, gymnasts and private clients. The standard does not change with the setting.
07
A continuing responsibility
What began as a fascination became a responsibility: to give clearer answers to the physical hurdles in front of someone, and to keep that work between us.
