Progress that fits real life.

These are two examples of what becomes possible when mobilisation, progressive overload, targeted nutrition and mentality are built around a real schedule, not an ideal one.

They are published with permission. Much of the work is not published at all. The photographs are unretouched. The numbers sit beside the images, not on them.

Case 01 · Natalie

14.7 kg lost. A plan built around real life.

38% to 18% body fat · 12 months · Two sessions per week

Natalie works in commodities and travels frequently. Through two home sessions each week and nutrition adapted around work, restaurants and travel, she achieved a significant transformation without putting the rest of her life on hold.

The work was two home sessions each week, held over twelve months, with nutrition planned around the realities of commodities work: travel, restaurants and an irregular diary. Body fat reduced from 38% to 18%. Bodyweight reduced by 14.7 kg.

The result did not require putting the rest of her life on hold. It required a plan that could survive the week she actually had.

Consistency, not perfection.

Case 02 · Ollie

10.9 kg lost. Training built into the working day.

28.7% to 18.1% body fat · 3.5 months · Three sessions per week

Ollie trained with me three times each week in his workplace gym during his lunch break. Through structured full body training and a clear nutrition plan, he achieved a significant transformation without needing to reorganise his working life.

Three sessions each week were coached in his workplace gym during the lunch break. The training was structured full body work. Nutrition was clear enough to follow alongside the working day. In three and a half months, body fat reduced from 28.7% to 18.1% and bodyweight reduced by 10.9 kg.

The working day did not need to be rebuilt. The available time needed to be used properly.
