Sessions are coached one to one. Your programme remains the priority.

Private coaching
Private coaching with me is one to one work, practised since 2009. The method is consistent: mobilise, progressive overload, targeted nutrition and mentality. Rehabilitation is integrated when the body requires it.
Sessions take place at a boutique gym in Westminster or in your home across London. What we work on stays between us.
The relationship
01
We start by talking. I want to understand what is required of the body, what has been getting in the way, and how the work has to sit inside a life that cannot pause. Enquiries made on someone else’s behalf are welcome.
02
I then look at how you move and respond. The assessment gives us a clear starting point for mobilisation, loading, nutrition and, where relevant, rehabilitation.
03
Sessions are one to one. Every exercise earns its place. Technique, loading and progression are coached in person, around your current capacity.
04
The work itself is four disciplines held to one standard: mobilise, progressive overload, targeted nutrition and mentality. Nothing is added for theatre.
05
Nutrition is written for your body and your diary. Precise enough to create change. Discreet enough to live inside restaurants, travel and an irregular week.
06
If pain, injury or movement limitation is affecting progress, rehabilitation is integrated into the same plan rather than treated as a separate interruption.
07
Progress is reviewed. We measure what has changed, decide what matters next and adjust the programme accordingly. You will always know what we are working on, and why.

Sessions take place at a boutique gym in Westminster or, where it suits the work, in your home across London. What we work on stays between us.

Tell me what is required, or write on someone else’s behalf. I review every enquiry myself.
