Understanding the full physical picture
I look at how you move, where you feel limited and how that sits alongside your training, work and daily life. The aim is to understand what is present, not to reduce you to a single symptom.

Rehabilitation
When pain, injury or movement limitations are affecting progress, rehabilitation is built into the same private coaching rather than treated as a separate interruption. Mobilisation comes first. Loading follows as capacity allows.
I do not diagnose medical conditions, and I do not promise to remove pain. My work is to understand the full physical picture and to develop the capacity you need to keep training.
The work
01
I look at how you move, where you feel limited and how that sits alongside your training, work and daily life. The aim is to understand what is present, not to reduce you to a single symptom.
02
If a pattern is currently uncomfortable or unavailable, we find options your body can use. That might mean changing the exercise, the range, the position or the demand.
03
We develop the range you actually need for training and everyday movement, rather than chasing flexibility for its own sake.
04
Range is only useful if you can control it. We build the ability to own positions under gradually increasing demand.
05
Rehabilitation is not separate from getting stronger. Strength is often the thing that makes movement more robust and training more productive.
06
Load is increased as your capacity allows. The work should be demanding enough to create change, without becoming reckless.
07
The purpose is to keep you moving forward. Rehabilitation develops the capacity needed to train with greater confidence, rather than sitting outside the rest of your programme.
A conversation is the starting point. Enquiries made on someone else’s behalf are welcome. I review every enquiry myself.
